Inquiries and operational records
When you submit an inquiry, your name, email, optional phone and company, selected interest, message and consent choices are stored in the TRADEX service database. Authorized staff use these records to respond, manage follow-ups and support onboarding.
Member sign-in
Google sign-in requests your basic profile and verified email through OpenID Connect. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts or files. WhatsApp verification shares your number and a short-lived authentication message with AiSensy and WhatsApp to deliver the code you request.
Verification codes expire after five minutes. Session cookies are used to keep you signed in. Never share a verification code or allow another person to access your account.
WhatsApp consent
Requesting a sign-in code is separate from agreeing to marketing or follow-up messages. Optional inquiry follow-ups require a separate consent choice. You can contact the team to update your communication preferences.
Storage and access
Inquiry and membership records are held in our service database and are not published on the website. Access is limited to authorized staff according to their responsibilities. Account and service activity may be recorded to support security and review. The website uses essential session cookies and does not use advertising trackers.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to the public TradeX pages, including page views, engagement, browser and device information. Google processes this information and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. Advertising features are disabled.
Analytics stays off until you choose “Allow analytics”. Your choice is saved for up to 180 days. You can turn it off using “Analytics cookies” in the public-page footer; this removes our analytics cookies from your browser. Essential sign-in cookies keep working.
We exclude sign-in, account, staff, booking and Research workspace pages from this integration. We do not send your name, email, account identifiers, market snapshots or trading records. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments, and referring addresses are limited to their website origin.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Turning analytics off stops future collection; for questions about information already collected, contact the support address below.
Corrections and requests
Contact support@tradextechnology.com to request access, correction or deletion. Applicable research-record retention obligations may limit deletion of some service records. The team can explain which records are retained in relation to your service.
